u12 - u14 -u17 Soccer
Have an older child? Our u12, u14 & u17 leagues runs a "games only" format on Mondays (u12, u17) & Tuesdays (u12, u14). Senior leagues play at BGT Sports Field which is located near Upper Wellington and Stone Church Roads.
Westdale & Dundas soccer
Since 2016, our popular west Hamilton soccer program has been held in scenic Churchill Park next to Westdale village. In 2021 the program was expanded to offer another west end option at Olympic Park in Dundas. This summer we are excited to run Wednesday and Thursday evening programs at Churchill and Sunday mornings at Olympic. As always our simultaneous classes & league schedule means we can easily accommodate different aged siblings playing on the same day, at the same park, at the same time.
We only select quality coaches who are committed to helping young people put forth their best effort, build confidence and develop a love for the game. Our team is high energy and looking forward to getting outside with your kids!
Both Westdale soccer (Wednesday & Thursday evenings) and Dundas soccer (Sunday mornings) offer soccer programs from 17 months. Our toddler classes for the 1 and 2 year olds are parent participation where the primary focus is on balance and coordination, movement with a ball and key motor skills like running and kicking. Parents can enjoy time on the field with their child and encourage listening skills as they participate alongside other children. Our pre-schooler classes for 3 and 4 year olds are full of fun drills and games to keep kids engaged and having fun. At this level, coaches will also introduce the basic rules of the game through scrimmages.
For the 5yrs and up, both west Hamilton soccer sites offer leagues where the emphasis shifts towards game play. There is always a team warm-up with lots of footwork drills and ball touches, followed by a game. Coaches are always on-field and ready to provide encouragement and game tactics.
Our u12, u14 and u17 leagues play to BGT Sports Field on Mondays (u12, u17) & Tuesdays (u12, u14) which is located near Upper Wellington and Stone Church Roads.
Baseball & Flag Football
In more recent years, we have added beginner baseball and flag football programs into the mix. If you are looking for more than soccer, consider 2-5yrs baseball or flag football for 5-6yrs. At Soccer World we aim to keep your players active and engaged, whatever their sport!

Westdale & Dundas Soccer specifics
- Registration opens on January 1st
- Programs run from June-August for 12 weeks
- Cleats recommended for players 5yrs and older
- Bring refillable water bottle, sunscreen and hat
- Parents bring a camp-style chair
- Every coach has access to a first aid kit
- We run in the rain and only cancel at the field if flash to bang is less than 30 seconds
Our Summer Soccer Coaches
Staff are selected for their energy and love of teaching children. They complete thorough training and Soccer World screening, and all coaches pass the "Vulnerable Sector" Police Check. The majority of our coaches live in Dundas & Hamilton, and many attend McMaster University or Mohawk College.

Soccer World's Summer Soccer is proud to be able to introduce thousands of Hamilton and area soccer players to the game. Our team of coaches delight in teaching your children the game they enjoy and love. And as a company we are pleased to support our community by providing meaningful jobs for almost 100 young adults each season.
We are a house league. Fair play and equal time are at the core of our mission. We take it as a compliment that many of our past players have developed and now play on competitive teams for Ancaster Soccer, Flamborough Dundas Soccer, West Hamilton Soccer and Hamilton United. Our mission is to introduce the love of the game and seeing our players succeed at these higher levels is most gratifying.
